NEVERTHELESS I KNOW IN WHOM I HAVE TRUSTED
Hi everyone! Our pday was changed back to Monday, haha! But I hope you all are doing super great! And had a super fun Halloween! This week flew by so so fast here in La Floresta! Here are a few of the highlights!!
- ❧Baptism of our awesome friend Cirilo!! Cirilo has been such an amazing miracle! Almost his whole family was baptized three years ago! But apparently he kept running from the sister missionaries haha. It’s been amazing to see how he has been prepared the last three years, he was so ready to make his first covenant with God! He came to church over an hour early because he was just so excited!!
- ❧Baptism of the Elders’ friend Miguel!! Miguel is 8 years old and super cute! He almost was baptized last week but had a lot of fear of the water! He tried again yesterday and he had no problem getting under the water! Huge miracle in the baptism font!!
- ❧Fun Noche de Hogars with la familia Armoa and la familia Santa Cruz!! The members here are just the best! Every time I learn so much from them!!
- ❧Divisions with Hermana Stephens in Villa Anita! She is so awesome! We had the best time and saw so many miracles!!

Hope you all have an awesome week!
The other day while reading in 2 Nephi 4 and verses 19-21 really stood out to me! The verses read,
19 And when I desire to rejoice, my heart groaneth because of my sins; nevertheless, I know in whom I have trusted.
20 My God hath been my support; he hath led me through mine afflictions in the wilderness; and he hath preserved me upon the waters of the great deep.
21 He hath filled me with his love, even unto the consuming of my flesh.
I really love the part that says “nevertheless, I know in whom I have trusted”. I’ve been thinking about this a lot the last couple days. Regardless of what is happening in our lives we have the choice to trust in God! Trust in His plan, Trust in His support, Trust His promises. He has led us this far and He will not let us down!
